STORAGE HUT
Paddy's Litter Pickers now have use of the storage hut next to the bowling green, we can now store the grabbers, gloves, high viz jackets and bin bags. Jimmy has the key to the hut. I understand that there will be a key box with a key code fitted at some point this will avoid having to have one keyholder.
VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR PARK MAINTENANCE
Sarah Capes, Ranger, is recruiting volunteers for park maintenance. She has been working with volunteers to clear the weeds round the park, however, it is a big job. If anyone wants to volunteer please contact sarah.capes@newcastle.gov.uk or telephone 0191 2650564
Two gentleman have very kindly volunteered to pain/varnish all the benches within the park!
